Since the beginning, at FertiGlobal,a great deal of emphasis has been placed on Research and Development witnessed by several Technologies and process innovations, some of which are protected by international patents.

We are constantly striving to meet the agriculture market’s needs, putting major importance on high-quality and environmental-friendly Technologies. Furthermore, recognising the importance of disseminating new Technologies, FertiGlobal invests in and develops full Crop Management Programs needed in a sustainable agriculture.

In 2019 FertiGlobal set up a state of the art R&D hub at the site of Larderello investing in a wide range of innovative instruments, grow chambers and greenhouses.

At the hub, a young multifunctional team of researchers (chemists, agronomists and biotechnologists) steadily works on the development of innovative Technologies and Crop Management Programs to meet all actual and future needs of global agriculture.

Being part of a multinational team and working with professionals across the world, our young researchers have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and to become global experts challenging conventional practices.

Sharing the FertiGlobal Vision, where R&D is a key strategic driver, our researchers develop breakthrough Technologies leading to a change the way the agriculture works, developing innovative Crop Management Programs, ultimately delivering solid returns for our customers and partners.

FertiGlobal‘s researchers are focused on two areas of development: continuous improvement of existing technologies and long-term innovations crucial to maintaining and strengthening our leadership as well as supporting a sustainable agriculture. FertiGlobal‘s R&D relies as well on the cooperation of a number of national and international Universities and research centres to constantly quest for excellence.

Through our ability to meet various needs and our creative application of new Technologies, FertiGlobal will continue to offer an even higher level of solutions to farmers, contributing to a further growth of agriculture in respect and care for the environment without compromising the health and safety of crops and people around the world.

The experience accumulated during our long lasting industrial activity has allowed us to develop new and unique Technologies, such as FertiGlobal EnNuVi, a patented formulation awarded within the European program LIFE, based on the combination of bioactive polyphenols with nutritive elements aimed at radically changing the impact of agriculture on the environment while supporting the growing demand for food and higher yield productivity.
